Combining our popular Tastes and Tulips Tasmania with Wildflowers in Perth. A food lovers tour with beautiful flowers thrown in.
Join Sarah on a tour to some of her favourite places and hidden gems.
If you like fabulous food, beautiful wine, amazing sights and great company – then this is the tour for you!
We begin our journey in Hobart and travel via the beautiful east coast, then Cradle Mountain until we reach the ‘Tulip town’of Wynyard. Along the way we will experience many, many tastes of locally grown and made produce. Farm house breakfasts, Vineyard lunches, lazy riverside picnics … you will truly enjoy the ‘Tastes of Tasmania’ on this trip of a lifetime.
There will be a chance to walk off all that fabulous food when we visit the Wine Glass bay lookout in stunning Freycinet National Park. Enjoy a walk that suits your ability during our two days in beautiful Cradle Mountain National park, before joining the festivities of the Wynyard Tulip Festival.
But wait, there’s more … continue with the group to Perth in time to experience the spectacular Wildflowers of Margaret River and Bussleton. Extend your time in Western Australia with a trip north to Monkey Mia or perhaps take the Indian Pacific on the longest continuous rail journey in the world from Perth to Sydney.
This tour really does take in the best that Australia has to taste in magical springtime.

Your tour host : Sarah Selkirk A quick introduction for those who haven’t traveled with me before. I’ve had the travel bug ever since I was a young thing and have worked in the tourism and travel industries for the past 30 years. Back in the ‘old days’ my husband Stuart & I escorted groups of up to 500 (mostly rugby enthusiasts and publicans!) to various sporting events. These days I am happy to take smaller, (more cultured), groups to some really interesting destinations around the world. I travelled to Tasmania for the first time in September 2016 and fell in love with everything this stunning island state has to offer. It is my absolute pleasure to share some of these wonderful sights and hidden gems with you.
