Enjoy the World of Wearable Arts Show hosted by Stephanie Mitchell

Sunday 04 October:

Our shuttle bus will pick up from a number of locations around Whangarei and together we will travel to Auckland Airport for our afternoon flight to Wellington on Air New Zealand. On arrival we will take a shuttle to our 3* accommodation in central Wellington. Meet Stephanie in the hotel bar at 6:30pm to discuss dinner options. This evening is at your leisure.

Monday 05 October:

Today is free for you to enjoy the sights and sounds of this lovely city. Perhaps a visit to the many museums & galleries, a free tour of Parliament Building, take a cable car ride to the Botanical Gardens (which are lovely at this time of the year) ……there is so much to see and do in our Capital.

This evening we will walk together from the hotel to the TSB Bank Arena where will enjoy a non-stop two hour spectacular of the Wearable Arts show. Step into a world where art and the human form combine, where dance, music and lighting tell a story of the body as a canvas, where the lines of fashion and art blur and merge as one. We’ll attend the evening performance and we recommend having an early dinner before the show.

 Tuesday 06 October:

A full day at leisure to enjoy Wellington. Time to spend a day doing whatever you like ..shopping, strolling, lunching, book on a guided sightseeing tour to WetaWorkshop or plan a visit to Te Papa & The Dominion Museum.
